| Hiltonvale Homestead has

Meals are available from the two Hotels, a Chinese Restaurant and
various takeaways. This 1930's style country homestead is perfectly located. Within 10 minutes drive you can have plenty of fun at the Alpine Toboggan Park or even try go-karting, mini golf or a turn on the waterslides. If a quieter day is more your style, Toorourrong Reservoir Park or Yan Yean Reservoir both have tranquil picnic grounds, BBQ facilities, walking paths and cycling trails. For the horse-riding enthusiasts try 'Uncle Nev's' ranch which caters for all levels of ability. Glenn and Sue are actively involved in standardbred breeding and racing. Sue also breeds miniature ponies, which are used in harness around the tracks on the property. Feel free to take an evening stroll and watch tomorrows champions wander the paddocks by mum's side. Have a nice cuppa in the rose garden and take in the refreshing scent from the large lemon tree while watching kangaroos grazing in the back paddock. |
